Exterior Spaces
1. Cupola - $500,000
Elegantly illuminated at night, the cupola is a visible and iconic symbol of the Alumni House and can be seen from far and wide.
4. Entrance Terrace - $2,000,000
After descending the stairs from the entrance circle, guests proceed across this beautiful bricked terrace, which can host outdoor dinners, cocktail receptions, tailgates and more.
8. Family Courtyard - $50,000+ (multiple opportunities available)
A beautiful hardscaped area at the front of the historic Bright House, the courtyard features plaques honoring multigenerational William & Mary families and affinity groups with deep ties to the university.
Interior Spaces - Ground Floor
27. Expansion Stairwell - $150,000
This staircase in the center of the expansion provides access to the second floor.
Interior Spaces - Main/Second Floor
24. Leadership Hall Catering Kitchen - $35,000
Convenient to Leadership Hall, this professional kitchen accommodates catering for events in the Bright House and 1997 expansion.
29. Second Floor Hallway - $100,000
A main thoroughfare in the expansion, this hallway connects the expansion staircase, second floor gallery and board room and serves as a bridge from the original Bright House to the new expansion.
30. Board Salon - $150,000
This space faces the main entrance and is adjacent to the Board Room.
Interior Spaces - Third Floor
31. Third Floor Expansion Space - $1,500,000
This is the largest space in the new expansion. It is currently unfinished and to be used for the further growth of the Alumni Association. With sweeping views of campus, Zable Stadium and downtown Williamsburg, it is a premier space in the Alumni House and on campus.
32. Office Suite - $100,000, Individual Offices - $35,000
The W&M Alumni Association’s chapter, regional, inclusion and virtual engagement teams are housed within this space in the 1997 expansion.
