Grand Ballroom as Meeting Space Within walking distance of the Colonial Williamsburg shops and hotels, the William & Mary Alumni House is the perfect venue for your next meeting or conference. Your guests will enjoy relaxing and learning on the beautiful campus of William & Mary with easy access to hotels, restaurants and attractions such as world-class golf, Busch Gardens, wineries and more.

Our new state-of-the art ballroom seats up to 400 theatre style and 250 at 6' rounds for conferences. Multiple breakout rooms throughout the house offer space for individual sessions and new, beautiful outdoor hardscapes make for unique and welcoming socializing areas perfect for teambuilding activities and dining.
